The Daily Transcript (September 9, 2020) Tim Hutter, a 36-year-old partner at Allen Matkins, said he wants to help developers and property owners meet challenges, from providing more affordable housing to navigating the COVID-19 pandemic. That means helping clients navigate ever-changing rules and regulations "for what they hope will be a temporary amount of time," he said. Hutter said he takes a compassionate approach toward his clients during the health crisis. "We try to help them understand what they can do and can't do," he said. "The rate of public participation has been high, too. It's a hard time to be anyone."
