EXPERIENCE
- TrizecHahn. Represented TrizecHahn in sale of 20 regional shopping centers across the United States (>$2.5 billion).
- Seller of Shopping Centers. Represented seller in 12‑month $2.55 billion multi-state disposition of twenty (20) regional shopping centers involving buyouts of, or consents from, ground lessors, partners, governmental agencies and lenders and complex transfer tax and exchange issues. Representation of seller also included an approximately equal number of one-off sales of regional malls from 1996 through 2002.
- Affordable Housing Developer. Represented affordable housing developer in connection with the development of approximately 80 affordable housing units and approximately 4,700 square feet of retail space in the City of Lemon Grove, California.
- Prologis. Represented Prologis (formerly Catellus Development Corporation) and AEW in connection with development and leasing of Block N1 of the Mission Bay Project in San Francisco. The Beacon is among the largest mixed use developments in San Francisco and is a central feature of the Mission Bay neighborhood. It is located on San Francisco MUNI's Third Street light rail station on the T-line which opened in early 2007.
