What We Do

We handle operational, compliance, and regulatory issues that affect all aspects of building ownership, management, and operations. Our clients include property owners, operators, developers, investors, asset managers, property managers, and professional services firms. 

Our Areas of Focus:

Operational Issues and Obligations - negotiating and documenting the agreements necessary to own and operate a wide range of product types, including property management, project management, construction management, lease listing and sale listing agreements, as well as tenant leases and vendor service agreements. 

Financial Issues and Tenant Defaults - resolving (with and without litigation) disputes of all kinds over the nonpayment and collection of rent, breaches of the other terms, covenants and conditions of leases, common law defaults, and issues concerning landlord liability or property manager liability.
