Michael (Mike) is a partner in the San Diego office, former Chair of the Tax and Joint Venture practice, and serves on the firm's Strategic Planning Committee. He has extensive experience in real estate development, finance and tax. Mike also has vast experience on acquisition, development, joint venture, and financing of real estate investments. Mike's clients include some of the nation's leading real estate developers and investors. As a seasoned lawyer in federal income tax matters, Mike routinely advises clients in connection with structuring partnerships, joint ventures and limited liability companies to achieve the optimum income tax result.
