Associate
Michelle is a real estate associate in the Los Angeles office where she represents landlords and tenants in various leasing transactions, including initial leases, assignments, subleases, options, and subordination, non-disturbance, and attornment agreements. She also provides entity formation services. Each form of entity has advantages and disadvantages, and Michelle helps her clients understand their options.
Prior to attending law school, Michelle began her real estate career at Grubb & Ellis Company, where she was a commercial real estate broker specializing in the leasing and purchase and sale of office and retail properties. Subsequently, she served as the Director of Leasing at Boulevard Investment Group, a privately held healthcare real estate investment company. Michelle also served as a Senior Asset Manager at Meridian, a subsidiary of Marcus & Millichap Company. During law school, Michelle volunteered at Kids in Need of Defense (KIND) and served as the Treasurer of the Health Law & Bioethics Association. Michelle is a member of the firm's Diversity & Inclusion committee.
