Jennifer is a real estate partner in the Orange County office, and represents institutional investors, public and private REITs, and investment funds, as well as owners, managers, and developers on the structuring, documenting, and closing of complex commercial real estate transactions.
Jennifer regularly advises clients on complex joint ventures (including platform joint ventures), asset-level and entity-level acquisitions and dispositions, development, construction, mortgage and mezzanine financings, loan acquisitions and sales, and equity recapitalizations and financings. She has extensive experience across a variety of real estate sectors, including data center, retail, office, industrial, self-storage, multifamily, manufactured housing, and hotel assets. Jennifer also has significant recent experience in workouts, restructurings and other distressed asset transactions.
Additionally, Jennifer has unique understanding of PropTech, and helps clients navigate this emerging digital landscape throughout the entire lifecycle of a transaction.
Prior to joining Allen Matkins, Jennifer practiced at a prominent AmLaw 100 firm in Los Angeles, and served as General Counsel for a major real estate firm.
