Partner

Elizabeth focuses on complex joint ventures and real estate matters. She counsels clients on the formation and structuring of partnerships and limited liability companies for the purchase and financing of a wide range of real property and corporate assets. Elizabeth helps clients effectively structure joint ventures to further their business goals and routinely advises operating partners, institutional investors, developers, and other sophisticated clients in the following areas:

  • Entity formation and structuring;
  • Business combination transactions;
  • Debt issuance and equity financing; and
  • Operational issues, including the acquisition and disposition of real property development of real estate projects, and negotiation of commercial contracts, including lease agreements.

Drawing on her experience as in-house counsel to one of the largest life science landlords in the U.S. and to a start-up, Elizabeth has unique insight on creative ways to effectively achieve the business objectives of her clients.

Along with her transactional practice, clients value Elizabeth’s broader strategic counsel and advice on day-to-day business matters, such as corporate governance and investor relations.
