Allen Matkins Expands its Real Estate Investment Group with the Addition of Joint Venture Partner Elizabeth N. Thompson

SAN DIEGO – June 20, 2023 – Allen Matkins, a full-service real estate and business law firm, announced today the addition of partner Elizabeth N. Thompson to its San Diego office, as a member of the firm’s nationally renowned Real Estate department and Joint Venture & Equity Investments practice group. She advises a broad range of clients on the negotiation and structuring of complex joint ventures in connection with the acquisition, disposition, and development of all asset types.

Elizabeth’s representation of publicly- and privately-held clients on an array of corporate matters, including capital raising, debt issuance, corporate governance, equity compensation, investor relations, commercial contracts, and business combination transactions furthers a holistic approach to accomplishing client objectives in a strategic and efficient manner. Her perspective, having previously practiced in-house for companies ranging from a start-up to a global NYSE-listed life science REIT, provides her with unique insight on client needs with respect to complex deal structuring and execution.
