Nate is a partner in the San Francisco office and a member of the Real Estate Practice. He advises clients in all facets of complex real estate transactions, including secured lending, commercial leasing, acquisitions, and dispositions. He represents early-stage companies, debt funds, developers, closely-held entities, institutional investors, life insurance companies, global technology companies, real estate investment trusts, and a diverse collection of other clients in matters across the country. In working with clients to meet their goals, Nate provides business-oriented solutions tailored to their specific needs.
Nate's passion for deal-making, his ability to solve complicated problems, and his desire to help others led him to the legal profession. He attributes part of his professional development and his unique business perspective to his experience growing up in Switzerland, and to his time interning with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission and volunteering at various legal services clinics while in law school. Nate is fluent in both English and French.
Nate was born and raised in Lausanne, Switzerland, where he attended Gymnase Auguste-Piccard and obtained his maturité in law and economics.
