John Condas of Allen Matkins Appointed to Board of NAIOP Inland Empire

IRVINE, Calif. - Jan. 22, 2009 - John Condas, a partner at the law firm of Allen Matkins Leck Gamble Mallory & Natsis LLP, has been appointed to the board of directors of the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties' (NAIOP) Inland Empire chapter for 2009.

Condas, a partner in Allen Matkins' Orange County office and a member of the firm's real estate, and land use, environmental & natural resources practice groups, has broad experience obtaining and defending all types of land use and environmental permits, and provides counseling on green building and climate change regulations.

Condas has led legal due diligence and entitlement teams for industrial, commercial, retail, multi-family, mixed use and single-family residential projects in more than 160 jurisdictions. He has represented national, publicly traded and private home-building clients in acquisition of more than 18,000 residential lots. He is also on the Executive Committee of the USC Lusk Center and a member of the Board of Directors of the Hobbs Institute for Real Estate and Environmental Studies at Chapman University and is a member of the Urban Land Institute.

NAIOP was founded in 1967 and includes more than 16,000 members in 55 North American chapters.
