Real estate developer Jason Lewis' personal struggle to find suitable senior housing for his grandmother in Beverly Hills inspired the conception of Margaux Beverly Hills, a 55-unit assisted living facility recently approved by the Planning Commission. The facility aims to promote healthy aging and social engagement for seniors, offering various amenities and services such as physical therapy rooms, a rooftop lounge, meal service, and 24/7 care.
Spencer Kallick, representing the developers, said, “We are in this for the long haul. This is not just about [Lewis’s] family, but his family knowing what Beverly Hills is about, and what is important to this community.”
