Daily Journal (January 22, 2015) Reed Smith LLP represented Yahoo Inc. in its lease agreement for approximately 130,000 square feet at the Collective Campus in Playa Vista, a deal announced Jan. 15. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Yahoo, headquartered in Sunnyvale, signed the long-term deal with Tishman Speyer Properties LLC, which received counsel from Allen Matkins Leck Gamble Mallory & Natsis LLP. Partner John M. Tipton and senior counsel Sahar Bina handled the deal for Allen Matkins from Century City.
