Developer. Conducted due diligence review and drafted assignment and assumption agreements and operating memoranda ensuring transfer of obligations from seller to buyer for the development of 1,250 new homes in the City of Azusa.
Developer. Represented client in land use and environmental due diligence and acquisition of entitlements for five large residential projects in the Inland Empire and the Antelope Valley, totaling over 2,000 lots.
