Bo’s practice centers on helping clients get their real estate projects approved and built. Utilizing his comprehensive knowledge and understanding of the real estate industry, both locally and nationally, he is also able to assist clients with solving problems, drafting contracts, and managing disputes. Bo’s background, including time spent living in Mexico and Central America, gives him a unique perspective on cross-border issues impacting San Diego’s real estate market, and an ability to translate his technical knowledge into practical results. A native San Diegan, Bo takes pride in being able to help shape the community he calls home.
Bo believes that law is “one of the few ways in which ordinary people can exercise power over the powerful” and that belief drives the work he does on behalf of the firm’s clients. His volunteer work has included working for a number of domestic and international non-profits, and helping to provide immigration legal services to low-income individuals. He is fluent in Spanish.
