About the Presenters:
Dennis Hearst is a Senior Director at Cushman & Wakefield and specializes in Corporate Tenant Representation, Build-to-Suit Representation, and Commercial Building Sales. He has 29 years of experience in the industry, and in the last 12 years alone, he has successfully negotiated lease and sale transactions with a combined value in excess of $1.2 billion in total consideration.
Martin Togni is a partner in the Allen Matkins' San Diego office. Focusing on real estate leasing, Mr. Togni has represented a variety of landlords and tenants in the leasing of office, industrial, retail and mixed-use developments. He has successfully completed major leasing transactions totaling more than 8,000,000 square feet in Southern California over the past ten years, representing some of the nation's leading real estate and retail companies. Mr. Togni also represents a wide variety of clients in the acquisition, disposition, development and financing of shopping centers, industrial projects, office buildings and other commercial and mixed-use projects.
