The rules of the road and landscape for Private Placements are changing everyday. Recent financial scandals will likely result in a greater scrutiny of Private Placements, particularly real estate and hedge funds. Keith Bishop, a former California Commissioner of Corporations and now a member of Allen Matkins Leck Gamble Mallory & Natsis LLP will lead the program.
