Fund Formation

Allen Matkins regularly represents sponsors and managers in the formation, capitalization, and operation of private equity funds and hedge funds. We assist our sponsor and management clients in establishing their fund structure, including the formation and organization of management, carried interest sharing vehicles, feeder and tax blocker vehicles, parallel funds, and alternative investment vehicles. We advise managers on securities and other regulatory compliance.

We advise institutional investors, family office, corporate venture, and angel investors on all aspects of their investments, from inception to disposition.
