Rachel is a litigation associate in the New York office. She counsels financial institutions, investors, and other sophisticated clients on corporate governance matters, securities regulations, and complex litigation. She handles both internal corporate and government investigations, as well as litigation in federal and state courts. Rachel’s work encompasses all phases of litigation, including depositions, interrogatories, pretrial motions, trial logistics, and drafting appellate briefs.
Throughout her career, Rachel has been recognized for her ability to blend creativity with practical solutions, helping clients further their immediate objectives and long-term goals, avoiding litigation if possible. Prior to joining Allen Matkins, Rachel was an associate at prominent law firms, where she concentrated on securities litigation and regulatory matters.
During law school, Rachel served as a legal intern with the New York State Division of Human Rights’ Office of Sexual Harassment Issues.
