Adam is an associate in the Century City office. He advises clients in complex commercial litigation in federal and state courts, with an emphasis on real estate disputes and government investigations. Adam represents businesses and entities operating across diverse industry sectors, including real property investors and developers, family offices and high-net-worth individuals, commercial brokerages, lenders, and financial institutions.
His expansive practice encompasses large-scale breach of contract, partnership, brokerage, and homeowner association disputes, as well as government investigations conducted by local, state, and federal agencies. Adam also has experience litigating class action claims under California's Unfair Competition Law, Consumers Legal Remedies Act, False Advertising Law, and Proposition 65. He has a successful track record of helping clients resolve disputes at all stages, from pre-litigation investigation through dispositive motions, discovery, and trial.
Prior to joining Allen Matkins, Adam was an associate in the Los Angeles office of an international AmLaw 100 firm where he advised clients on commercial litigation. He also gained significant federal court experience as a clerk for the Honorable Steve Kim of the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California.
While in law school, Adam served as managing editor of the Suffolk University Law Review and as a judicial extern to the Honorable Donald L. Cabell, of the U.S. District Court for the District of Massachusetts.
